China summary

This is going to be a big one!

China to me is tastes, smells, sights, culture, people, nature, independence and so much more! It is my favorite country to travel in so far. It gives you so much and it is astonishing to experience that amazing country.

China is traditional in so many ways and it takes care of it’s old fashion while implementing a lot of the new technology and the western way of life.

China is crowded country and because of that they have a very good public transportation system that makes it very easy for any tourist to use. If you can figure out where to go in a bus station someone will approach you and point you in the correct direction. They might work there or just see that you need help. The Chinese people are very helpful, and if you ask them for directions and they don’t know they will point you in a direction to someone who might know. Just because of that you usually ask a lot of people along the way.

It’s not just getting around that is easy, it’s eating! There are so many high quality restaurants with so amazing food my mouth is watering by just thinking back on it. Not only are they really good, they are really cheap! Food in china is very cheap!

Sleeping in china is the easiest thing in the world. In every city there’s a range of good good hostels to stay at. You’ll find all kinds of hostels, you’re free to choose what ever price range you want and what kind of hostel.

So culture in china? It is so spread out and every part of china got different verities of traditions, but they got similarities. I won’t go into them, but the traditions they got affect the way of life in a peculiar way. It is truly a fascinating country indeed! Their behavior and way of doing stuff is unique and interesting. Just simple stuff as driving a car or more complex things as building a house is done the Chinese way or no way at all.

From day one in china I was amazed by china. Nature on the way to Beijing was something out of the ordinary and outstanding. Mountains raising to the sky with small rivers floating at the bottom of huge valleys. The train crawling it’s way trough and around the massive cliffs that hang over the tracks.
Beijing, a mega-city that just goes on forever and no matter where you are you can’t see the end of it. It’s truly a giant city with all sorts of things going on. Beijing is a city you could stay in for years without ever doing the same thing twice. I’m for sure not done with Beijing!

Around in china you’ll find things like the terra-cotta warriors, the great wall, pandas, ghost-cities, Tibet(!), the Li river and the astonishing Shanghai. this is just minimal amount of places to visit. China gives you a million things to do. I promise that a trip to china will keep you going for ages without ever getting you bored.

Seen the movie “Avatar”? Well, guess where they got a lot of their inspiration from.. This place: Yangshuo. It is absolutely amazing nature and to experience a place like Yangshuo in real life gives you an idea of natures great creative power! It is absolutely indescribable!
